What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay instantly and securely by credit/debit card or ShopPay on our website. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay if you use a qualifying device and web browser. You are also welcome to pay by bank wire transfer, but to do this, please contact our sales team.
Does Scuderia Car Parts accept returns?
This is dependent on several factors; for instance:
Why is the item being returned?
Is it a stocked or special-order item?
If we accept a return, a handling fee may be charged depending on the circumstances of the return. For example, in the unlikely event our knowledgeable sales team misinformed you, we will arrange the return of the part at our cost. Please note that you should not return parts yourself as this incurs import fees to the UK which are avoidable if we arrange the return. Parts should be returned in their original packaging so that they can be resold.
Can I collect my parts?
For your safety we cannot allow collections where payment has been made online with a credit card, as part of the security process is to match the cardholders address to the delivery address. You can arrange for a shipping company to collect and in these cases, we will tell you when your order is ready to pack, and then again when it is ready for collection. Please be aware that it is your responsibility in these cases to arrange any required shipping insurance.
How many days does it take to receive an order?
Most fully in-stock orders are delivered by express courier to our UK customers within 2-5 working days. Upon despatch, we will send you full tracking information with an estimated delivery date
What delivery service do you use?
Our primary shipping partner is UPS.
How can I track my order?
When we despatch your order, we will send you an invoice, tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
